Please do not leave Chromebooks in cars overnight. Leaving a laptop in a car overnight makes it an easy target for thieves. Second, leaving a laptop in a cold car for long periods of time can cause the screen to crack.

8th Grade DC Trip Students the fundraiser starts today. Make sure to get in touch with family, friends, and anyone who might want some delicious baked goods and help you go to DC. You'll earn $5 for each item you sell that will be
applied to your account.

The 7th grade Chiefs used a strong 2nd half to beat London 48-26. Blake Loomis paced the Chiefs with 14 points. Quentin Miller added 10. The Chiefs are now 10-5 and host Indian Lake tonight at 5:30.

The 7th grade girls basketball season came to an end Monday night falling to a scrappy London team 33-17. Grace Brown had a team high 9 points and 4 steals in the loss. Alivia Wage added 3 points. The Lady Chiefs finished the season 12-6 on the year.

The 8th grade Lady Chiefs won their first round of CBC’s defeating Kenton Ridge 28-25. The girls played hard all 24 minutes and were able to pull out the victory. Kelsie Snapp led the scoring with 17 hard earned points. Addison Wical chipped in with 5 and Dolan, Zedeker and Brown each added a bucket. The team defense was amazing and every girl crashed the boards hard. It was a scrappy and intense game. The Lady Chiefs will travel to North Union Thursday for the next rounds. The girls are now 12-4 on the season. It’s a great day to be a Chieftain

Congratulations Team 7865B-Hayden Maus, Cody Hudson, Mason Swisher & Lorenz Henry for qualifying to go to Nationals for Robotics at the end of March! Way to guys!

This past Saturday, the Jr High girl wrestlers competed in the Jr. Iron Maiden. Leading the way for the Lady Chiefs was Harper Penhorwood who went 3-1 and placed 2nd. Kaeleigh Flora picked up three wins on her way to placing 3rd. Madisyn Casey placed 3rd. Rylee picked up a win by pin and placed 5th. Nevaeh Whaley won 2 matches to finish 6th place. Overall, the girls placed 9th out of 19 teams despite having only 5 girls competed. Awesome job girls!!!
