Robotics
Students interested in Robotics, applications are due Wednesday Sept. 14 to Mr. Reser in rm# 224. If students need a packet or have questions see Mr. Reser. 

REMINDER DAZZLERS
Mrs. Neeld is having tryouts for Dazzlers on Wednesday, September 14, 4:00-6:00p. Sign up for a time on the sheet by the choir room and pick up an info sheet from the choir room if you'd like to know more about the group.

 

Sports HIGHLIGHTS

The 7th grade Lady Chieftain Volleyball team lost in 2 sets to Springfield Shawnee 10-25, 20-25. Ava Oppy had a kill, 2 assists and an ace. Laney Storm chipped in with 3 kills, an assist and an ace. Ariane Moser contributed an ace and a dig.

The 8th grade Lady Chiefs Volleyball team kept their composure and won in straight sets after falling behind 0-6 in each set against Springfield Shawnee. Ella Fultz provided stellar passes allowing the chiefs to run their offense. Ava Layman had 7 kills, Jillian Ullom had 4 kills, 4 assists and an ace. Presley Vigansky added 4 kills, 10 assists, an ace and 2 blocks. Rylee Yelton chipped in with a kill.

The BMS Boys CC team placed 5th out of 32 teams at the Spencerville Invitational Saturday. Jake Moreland won the race in a field of 159 runners with a time of 11:07. Oliver Grandstaff had another outstanding race running a personal best time of 12:21. Caleb Sechrest (15:06) and Haydon Argabright (19:54) also ran personal best times for the Chiefs.

The BMS Girls CC team placed 6th out of 30 teams at the Spencerville Invitational this Saturday. Grace Brown led the way finishing 1st out of 137 runners in a new course and school record time of 11:40! Karsyn Newkirk added her best race of the season in a personal best time of 15:41.
