Sports Highlights:
Bellefontaine boy's 7th grade basketball lost to Ben Logan 35-25. Reign St. Clair scored 6 points and Nolan Slayback added 5 points for the Chieftains.
8th grade boys had a hard fought season opener against Ben Logan. In the 4th quarter after being down 7 to start with. The Chiefs were able to cause key turnovers to overcome the deficit to win 32-28. The Chiefs will be back in action next Thursday against Springfield Shawnee.
