Come out and cheer on the Chiefs! The 8th grade football team is in action at home today starting at 5:30. Come cheer them on as they beat the Northridge Cougars! Then, make plans to come to the home Volleyball came on Wednesday as our lady chiefs take on Graham.  See you at the BHS stadium tonight at 5:30! Go Chiefs!

If you are a 7th or 8th grade student and would like information regarding the Model United Nations program, please up a flyer in the office.  A parent/student meeting will take place on Wednesday Sept. 4th, at 6:00.  Hope to see you there.

The BMS Cross Country teams competed in the Wapak Night Meet on Saturday, August 31.

Two 6th graders, Hayden Maus and Cody Hudson, kicked off the evening by placing
2nd and 7th in the mile fun run

The BMS boys finished 7th as a team and saw
6 of the 9 runners run a personal best time. Tony
Stewart finished 3rd over all and Alex Crabill 
placed top 20 to lead the way.

The BMS girls ran an outstanding team race to finish 5th overall. Every girl on the team 
recorded a personal best time. Top 20 finishes
by Ella Reier and Kailyn Newman led the way 
for the lady Chiefs.

The 7th grade Lady Chiefs volleyball team lost a hard fought battle against Kenton 21-25, 17-25.  The entire team contributed much to the contest. Ava Reeves and Reagan Standley led the offense with a kill a piece.  Gabby Hoon chipped in with a stellar serving performance scoring five points.

The 8th grade beat Kenton 25-23, 26-24.  Perri Neeld served 14 points and Skybree Knotts chipped in 5.  Ashlyn Akers had 2 kills with assists from Kylee Boggs.
