Monday night your Girls and Boys track teams traveled to Indian Lake High school for the CBC meet between all 12 teams of the league. The girls steamrolled the rest of the league, scoring over twice as many points as the 2nd place team, to win the CBC Championship! The final score of the top 3 was Bellefontaine 154.66, Ben Logan 75.33, and Jonathan Alder 70. 
Winning for the Chiefs were:
Kylie Adams (100/200 hurdles)
Ava Reeves (100m)
Callie Shumacher (400m)
Kelsie Snapp (discus)
Also scoring for the Chiefs were:
Kailyn Newman, Harper Penhorwood, Emily Lamb, Brianne Sechrist, Taylor Banta, Miabelle Zayas, Chloe Stolly, Ryann Gatchell.
The team finishes the season Undefeated in all
competitions! Congrats Ladies!

The Bellefontaine Middle School Boys Track Team capped off their season Monday night at the CBC league championship in dramatic fashion by winning the CBC championship. The team had several personal records go down on their way to the championship. Athletes that placed were:
Carter Kuhn - 1st in the 100m Dash, 1st in the 200m Hurdles and 1st in Pole Vault
Alex Crabill - 1st in the 200m Dash, 2nd in the 400m Dash and 3rd in the 100m Dash
Carter Buck - 2nd in 110m Hurdles
Hayden Maus - 7th in the 1600m run
Kaiden Foulk - 4th in the 200m Dash and 5th in the 400m Dash
Jordan Hensley - 3rd in Discus and 4th in Shot Put 
Nolan Core - 5th in Discus
Colin Bright - 8th place in Shot Put 
The 4x100 team of Carter Buck, Kaiden Foulk, Graham Lotts  and Max Fissel took 5th place
The 4x200 team of Max Fissel, Wyatt Popp, Graham Lotts and Jacob Christen took 7th place.
The 4x400 team of Elias Abrego, Hayden Maus, Nolan Core and Wyatt Popp took 7th place.

Attention any 6th and 7th grade girl interested in playing volleyball in the fall.  We will be having a meeting on Wednesday, May 12th. immediately following the announcements.  Please meet in the 7th grade ELA.

Any current 6th or 7th student interested in running cross country next fall please pick up an informational packet and summer running schedule from the white board in the cafeteria.

All books that have been checked out from the Library are due by Friday May 14th.

Attention Athletes!!!

Finish the year strong so you are passing your classes.  Eligibility for Fall Sports is based on Quarter 4 grades. See Mrs. Kurtz if you have questions!

This is the last week for Tribal shop is this week, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.  Due to the abrupt ending of last year, points were rolled over to begin this year! This will not happen at the end of this year.  Spend your points if you like! Everyone will begin with zero points.
